Cancellation & Refund Policy

Bin That rents Equipment rather than selling products, so rented bins are collected at your scheduled pickup instead of being returned for a refund.

Cancel 24+ hours before delivery: full refund [minus a 3% card processing fee].

Cancel less than 24 hours before delivery: [$35] cancellation fee; the rest is refunded.

After delivery: rentals are non-refundable, including if you return the Equipment early. Unused days or weeks are not refunded.

Our mistake: If we deliver the wrong or unusable Equipment, contact us within 24 hours and we will replace it or refund that portion of your order.

How refunds are paid: Refunds go back to your original payment method within [5–10] business days of approval.
