Shipping policy

Delivery & Pickup Policy

Service area. We offer free delivery and pickup within 30 miles of ZIP code 33467. This covers most of Palm Beach County, including Lake Worth, Wellington, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach and Boca Raton, and northern Broward County, including Deerfield Beach, Parkland, Coconut Creek, Coral Springs and Pompano Beach. Orders outside this area may be cancelled and fully refunded, or charged a distance fee with your approval.

Delivery fee. Delivery and pickup are free within 30 miles. From 31 to 45 miles, a flat $35 fee covers both delivery and pickup. Beyond 45 miles, we will quote a per-mile fee before your order is confirmed. No distance fee is ever charged without your approval.

Scheduling. You choose your delivery and pickup dates at checkout. We will confirm a time window by text or email [the day before].

Unattended delivery. If you are not home, we can leave the Equipment at your door, porch, garage, or driveway with your approval. We will text a photo when delivered. Once delivered, you are responsible for the Equipment, even if you are not present.

Pickup. Have all bins empty, clean, stacked with lids, and in an agreed, easy-to-reach spot on the ground floor by your pickup window.

Rescheduling. You can reschedule for free with at least 24 hours' notice. With less notice, a [$25] rescheduling fee applies.

Not ready at pickup. If the Equipment isn't ready or accessible at the scheduled pickup, a [$25] fee applies and a new pickup will be scheduled. Extension rates apply until the Equipment is picked up.

Stairs and upper floors. Delivery and pickup are at ground level [unless you add the upstairs delivery option for $20].
