Terms of Service (Rental Agreement)
Who we are. binthat.org is operated by Kary Belisle, doing business as Bin That ("Bin That," "we," "us"). Contact: info@binthat.org ·
Agreement. By placing an order, you ("Renter") agree to these terms. They apply to all bins, dollies, lids, labels, and other equipment we rent to you ("Equipment").
Rental period. Your rental starts on the day we deliver and ends on the day we pick up. Rentals are priced by the week [or: by the rental period you choose at checkout]. We don't offer a rent-to-own option; rental payments never go toward buying the Equipment.
Extensions. Need more time? Contact us before your scheduled pickup. Extensions are charged at [$X per week / the weekly rate at the time of your order]. If Equipment is not returned on time and no extension was arranged, we will automatically charge the extension rate for each additional week.
Payment. Payment is due in full when you order. You authorize us to keep your card on file for the length of the rental and to charge it for extensions, late fees, cleaning fees, and lost or damaged Equipment as described in these terms. We will notify you before charging any extra fee.
Your responsibility for the Equipment. From delivery until pickup, you are responsible for the Equipment, including when it is left unattended at your request. Please:
- Keep each bin under [50] lbs.
- Use only the removable labels we provide. No permanent marker, paint, stickers, or tape residue.
- Do not use bins to store or transport hazardous materials, chemicals, flammables, liquids, perishable food, live animals, or anything illegal.
- Return bins empty, reasonably clean, and nested/stacked with lids.
Lost or damaged Equipment. Please inspect the Equipment at delivery and tell us within 24 hours about any existing damage. Normal wear is fine. If Equipment is lost, stolen, cracked, permanently marked, or damaged beyond normal use while in your care, you will be charged the replacement cost:
- Bin: [$25] each
- Dolly: [$70] each
- Cleaning fee for bins returned dirty or with residue: [$5] per bin
Limitation of liability. Bin That rents Equipment only. We do not pack, move, or insure your belongings, and we are not responsible for loss of or damage to items you store or move in the Equipment, or for injury resulting from lifting or moving it. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the rental fees you paid for that order.
Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State].
